He shoulda just stuck to " hardest hitting HW in history ".
      That atleast has some validity.

Hardest hitting sure but he will need 20 more fights with alot of hall of famers mixed in there . He simply isnt in the right generation and the timing isnt right . And if that was his plan maybe he should have started fighting the best like 13 fights ago.

I'll say this about that comment. If you want to be great you have to have the mindset. If you think you're a loser you'll be a loser. In boxing if you're not striving to be the best you shouldn't be doing it period. It's to dangerous of a sport to be going in the ring thinking otherwise because you'll get humbled real quick.

With that Wilder has a long way to go before he's even considered hall of fame. Beating Fury will be good for his resume but he has to fight AJ soon before he loses again. Another hindrance is the politics in boxing its not the same as it was years ago, today is all about money and who the A side is etc etc. Another thing that's holding Wilder back is there aren't many elite HW fighters out there. You have fury, AJ and possibly Ruiz maybe Kownacki and that's a stretch. If he is able to become undisputed champion that will get him in the hall of fame.

Lol I like to watch him fight but he loses me completely when he speaks like this... In any event he won't get past Fury this time even though I expect a better version of Wilder in this fight. I understand Deontay's mentality and will to win but he's got a lot to work to do to become the best ever..

Eddie his PED troll army will be dispatched to push back on this. Cuz - you know - Whyte who was dropped hard by feather fisted Rivas and Parker. So tell us again he’s a boogeyman. Maybe opponents don’t want to get in with a guy cuz he juices and has BBBoC and UKAD on the Matchroom payroll? Hmmmm

Like Wilder but let’s not get carried away. There are a number of huge shoes to fill at Heavyweight. Not sure what he could do against this crop to make him the greatest Heavyweight ever. But I like the confidence going into the big fight.

Wilder has turned into a comedian I guess. Gonna need a fallback when Fury beats him again.

But Ali beat Foreman, Frazier, Norton, Liston, Quarry, Ellis, Patterson, Lyle, Shavers, Chuvalo, Cooper, & Foster at HW.

From these, 6 of them are HOF’ers (Foreman, Frazier, Norton, Liston, Patterson, Foster).
Yea.. If only he could have gotten Vitali and Wladmir klitchsko, Haye and Briggs.. and back in the day Fury.. He would be off to a hellava start..

It going to be hard to catch up with Ali's body of work.. if he only fighting twice a year.. and with todays competition.. he Will have to Fight, Fury, AJ, Miller, Whyte, Parker, Ruiz, Joyce, Dubois, Hunter, Martin, Povetkin, and Kownacki. Just for a decent resume before he retires in six.. But if he can fight 3 times a year. And some rising prospects come out the woodworks just before he hangs it up.. Maybe he can have a case! I'm all for it.. But if so he needs to pick up the pace.
