What do you mean by “created stars”? Promoters don’t create stars, stars create themselves. Promoters create opponents for stars to beat.
Floyd, Ali, Leonard, odh, canelo, weren’t created by any promoter. They either came from the Olympic with a huge following or created fan interest by their outside the ring “antics” or both.

Probably is. But typically a lot of criticism of PBC comes from a stormfont type place. That said, they certainly aren't perfect and they're many things you can criticize them on. But they are the best promotional company in boxing rn, for what that's worth.
