Yeah he is done. We might as well stick a fork in him. I knew that it would only be a matter of time before he gets eventually exposed. You can't become a world heavyweight titleholder or a champion by eating those many punches.

Don't get me wrong. He is still a box office draw and can sell out the Barclay's center. However as far as his being a contender is concerned; Those days are over. He is now a gatekeeper status.

The premise of this thread is clear, though. What stars has PBC created that did not start out getting built up by Golden Boy.

That is my question.

PBC has built wilder that's about it. I actually think Eddie Hearn built Wilder more than PBC did.

Yeah I will give you that, he became World Champion while still with GBP. However, I do think PBC/Showtime has done a great job building up his profile despite fans on the internet try to hard to pretend like "Nobody Knows Him..."

But Yeah Wilder stardom was ascending while with GBP

I agree however I feel being that wilder is such a devastating puncher and also vulnerable that he would have been built this high with any promoter , however I also agree that without the INSANE dazn offer wilder wouldnt be making what he is today . Going by what I feel the thread states ( built : meaning from the ground up ) I'd have to go with Spence and davis aswell .
