The fact that he still has to talk himself up, and his fight is in 2 weeks with no one going to it, let's me know all I need to know. Had he been fighting the best out there for all these years, people would flock to see his fights. Yet he has fought bums, gatekeepers and cab drivers so fans do not care to watch. He has never really tested himself beside the last couple of fights and even then it was against a 40 year old heart patient and a fresh off the couch coke-head. He speaks of legacy but his legacy will be a bum beating fraud who skipped over or avoided all the best is his era. He won't even unify for 120 million hahahaha. So no, he's not the best black boxer from here in America, not even close

I think he uses the word “boxer” loosely. Some use that instead of “fighter”. I hope he doesn’t think he is skilled because wow.

I don't really mind boxers talking like this but he needs to think of what he's actually saying and the context around it. He lost every single round of his last fight, what does he think that means for Spence and Crawford? Why disrespect them like that

Speaking of 'Black history month', Wilder-Fury II reminds me of the great Jack Johnson vs. Jim Jeffies for the following reasons
: in 1910 Jim Jeffries ( A former HW lineal champion ) agreed to come out of retirement to try to beat the black boxer. In a fight held at Reno, Nevada, on July 4, 1910, Johnson became the first boxer to knock down Jeffries, and in the 15th round Jeffries’ corner threw in the towel. The outcome of the match prompted racial violence and rioting across the United States.
Jeffries weighed over 330 pounds (150 kg), while Johnson was in superb physical condition. The ex-champ had to lose 110 pounds to get down to his fighting weight of 226, a Herculean task in the time he had before the fight.

- Mickey Garcia and Teofimo and LSC are American Latin descent fighters better than Wilder.
If Wilder beats Fury (he lost once already in my book), Joshua and a couple of Dubois level guys I'll totally revise him being best American. And I like him as a fighter.

Wilder's boxing IQ is very high. He creates an optical illusion, lulling his opponents into thinking they're outsmarting him, then he knocks them out. He continues to win, and this frustrates viewers who are unable to understand his unique skill set and successful tactics.

Wilder has no idea that boxing is older than him and doesn’t know what the lineal championship is
