If any of this is true (and we haven't seen any police footage of the actual hit yet btw) it's quite alarming that he had the wherewithal to literally drag her off to a private room to "discipline" her. It would be nasty as heck but more understandable if he'd just slapped the **** out of her in a moment of rage, instead of planning it.

Now having said all that, i'm a big believer in process and the dude deserves his trail before we start branding him as wife/baby momma beater. Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law is the standard we have for anyone arrested. I didn’t specifically add “ in a court of law” because that is implied. You know this but semantics was the only way you could “win” so you seem to Be intentionally forgetting that.

The cops went to trial. They were found not guilty. Not guilty is a finding that doesn’t equate to innocence in the court of public opinion but does equate to innocence in a legal sense.

So you are asking me about the Rodney king cops from a public opinion perspective- they are not seen as innocent by the public.

From a legal perspective they are because they were not proven guilty. As I responded to another poster tank very easily might get off because Al will use his money.
