I am always relieved to know not all UK fans are tribalistic like Kafkod & other matchroom partialist.

I normally can understand most the time when someone disagrees with me but on this particular issue it annoys the hell out of me for someone to tell me with a straight face they think Shytes innocent & that he is not a complete proven cheat who was caught red handed but rather somehow just some unlucky bloke who got robbed of 2 yrs of his career & then happened to ingest Dbol right during the tiny window of it being detectable.

There must be a nuclear reactor on the fritz in the UK because it takes balls the size of churchbells to make such rediculous statements as defending Shyte.

He passed the tests. If the system doesn't work they should fix it. I thought he was clean because he passed the tests and was cleared to fight.

Because Eddie Hearn told us so.

Passing other tests doesn’t prove anything, D-Bol can leave your system within in 4-6 hours.

          Lance Armstrong passed countless tests...

Sky completely dominate the television market and further dominate the sports sector, so a lot of fans only consume sports via Sky and the fact that Matchroom have an exclusive deal with Sky makes this even worse.

This is what creates such delusional opinions, as the only boxing insight they get is from Hearn or paid shills like Adam Smith, Bellew, Nelson etc. Sky sports boxing is genuinely comparable to Soviet propaganda.
Thanks for the info. Did not know that. You figure with the freedom of the internet people might want to look at other sources.

100%... it’s an easy trap to fall into though, when I was kid I was similar. Then when you grow up and finally begin to truly understand boxing and how the media works, you’re like “damn! How did I even believe that bullsh**”. I suspect a lot of these Hearn/Matchroom fans on here are just teenage kids or are just simply gullible.

They are promotional companies and that is what they do. I do not believe in any of them because their job is the get as much money as they can. I only believe when the boxers are finally in the ring, everything else is nonsense.

Once they are in the ring, all that talk and drama is over, its time to fight.

Yeah I’m the same mate. Unless I’m getting information first hand directly from gyms, fighters, trainers etc I view it as unreliable. I can’t stand all these YouTube channels like IFL, Behind the gloves, fight hype etc. They never ask pressing questions and just allow the promoter to run with whatever narrative they want.

Same here, I never bother watching any of those boxing Youtube channels. You have almost everybody here talking about big fight negotiations like they are looking at contracts or they are in the room when they are hashing the deal out. Nobody here knows anything that happens behind closed doors.

Exactly... people are far too invested in what people are earning as opposed to how they are performing.
