Why are there no super protective sparring gloves?

Me and my friend are quite muscular and we can never spar hard. We went a bit harder last time and I broke his nose, while he gave me bruises and terrible headache.
Why does not a single company produce a pillow-like sparring glove, with 5 inch thick padding?
Even if it would be heavy, that would just make us faster in the real fight.
Even professionals rarely spar hard and when they do, they often use annoying headgear.
So such a glove would be a game changer for everyone.

Now I'm sparring with 18oz gloves, which are very wide, but the padding is barely thicker than 14oz gloves.

They are certainly the best gloves, but:

        1. They are super expensive
        2. They are still relatively thin. They are protective because of some alien-technology in the padding, but why dont you just add another 3, 4 inches soft padding on top of that. With that you could go hard every training.
With the current Winning gloves I still have to pull my power punches on a regular training day

How awkward would trying to spar with 10 inch thick gloves be though?

Anyway there are bigger gloves, 24, 34 & 50oz etc. My mate coached a football (rugby league) team and would get the boys to spar with the massive gloves so they wouldn't hurt each other just like you are suggesting.

            Y'all have headgear?

When I was young it seemed like protection was more the headgear than the gloves. Gloves protect hands not heads.

Nothing will stop your nose from getting busted except like a helmet or some such similar ridiculous solution

Only the knuckles would be 10inch thick (or 8 or 9).
I dont think it would be that weird. The width is usually what makes big gloves awkward.

That would be amazing, but the 34-50oz gloves I found didnt seem to have that much more padding, it was more about bigger wrist support and additional weight to increase speed with normal gloves.

I just can't imagine 8-10 inches of padding on the knuckles, I think you would be folding you wrists like crazy with anything like that.
