If he's indeed telling the truth; Then I would have to agree with Oscar. It's time for these boxing promoters to come together and help co-promote some of these fights that us boxing fans would like to see. Canelo/Ja Charlo would have been a great fight. However and most of all it would have been great for the sport of boxing.

Either Charlo is a duck or Haymon is destroying his career. Golden Boy made Charlo known and Haymon has not been able to do anything with that.

People really believe a Coke head tool like Oscar?
That fight not happening till either late this year or next year which they’ve planned all along!
Jermall Charlo talked last year as if Goldenboy didn’t send him any deal and he even pulled up on Hopkins to figure out how he can get the Canelo fight!
People will believe a cokehead over common sense, sad times we’re all in!

If there’s one thing PBC does better than all other promoters is protect their fighters. They outright don’t like crossing promotional lines when there’s a serious threat of their fighters taking L’s, kind of like how Robi13 took his.

Charlo fans are doing some serious damage control in this thread. He needs to fight Andrade at least hes getting clowned on right now.

While I am not a big De La Hoya fan and think that he babbles nonsense at times and has lied on more than one occasion, I think folks have to admit that he has had a measure of success as a businessman and at least in this case it made good sense to remain silent of the amount of money he offered.
