It's a bad business move to sniff *******. It's a bad business move not to attend Mayweather vs. Alvarez. It's a bad business move to file a frivolous lawsuit against Al Haymon. It's a bad business move to call for a boycott of Mayweather vs. McGregor while trying to make Canelo vs. McGregor! It's a bad business move not to fight Dervy, and have your fighter stripped of a title without telling your fighter. It's a bad business move to say you made a "very, very amazing offer," but you can't remember who you spoke with. Plenty of bad business moves.

What’s really puzzling is Charlo doesn’t push his team to negotiate with Canelo, GGG, Munguia or Andrade’s teams.

He’s content fighting bums on his side do the street. At least Crawford is vocal trying to get those pbc welterweights.
Charlo has been vocal about fighting Canelo for as long as Crawford has been vocal about fighting Spence. Charlo became Canelo's mandatory but Canelo suddenly became the "Franchise" Champion. Crawford chose to become Jeff Horn's mandatory! Andrade already swerved Charlo when they both fought on SHO. Oscar not only did not state a number, he also does not recall who he made the offer to. He's suspect!

The fighters are the boss though. The decision is ultimately up to them. They sign the dotted line.

          • Everyone is pulling the same Wilder card now.
Turn down offers for fights that you begged for in the first place.
What a terrible thing this guy did to the sport.

            • The devil are always in the details. However, lets address these FACTS first. Charlo was MANDATORY to Canelo at one and Canelo didn't want to fight Charlo. The only offer in that instance that should be made is the one money to put the fight together. Im pretty sure Charlo wouldn't turn down a fight seeing how he a mando. But even if Charlo did turn it down, the worst that can happen is a purse bid and Charlo would probably get less than the original offer.

Second, the WBC has loyalty to Haymon and Canelo as they both and did not want to make either side mad. More than likely, Haymon was pushing for the WBC to mandate the Charlo/Canelo fight. The WBC was already in bad graces with Canelo and they didnt want to upset the cash cow again so they made Canelo franchise champ and upgraded Charlo to full champ.

Third, The offer that Oscar made(the numbers) have yet to be confirmed and the terms. And since Haymon doesn't talk to the public one can only guess why the offer was turned down. OR it could be the ol "make an offer; go to the public and say an offer was made and rejected" so it can seem like Oscar was interested in the fight when he really wasn't. These assumptions are NOT certain, but there are POSSIBILITIES!!!

No one has ever agreed to that. Fighting is these people's careers . Why would they ever take peanuts on a fight?

Also why are you choosing to believe a crossdressing dope fiend who won't give specifics

                  • Charlo would get knocked out. Canelo too much. Canelo dishes out a Brutal beating if Charlo really is a lion.
