one of my closest friends.. he got ****ed over big time, but a few of our mutual friends got him home..

this case has it all, but the *9th circuit court of appeals did not accurately portray the whole case.. the judge in the case, appointed his brother to oversee the distribution of bob's monies, his properties, and his patents.. he had 9 patents at safe lab.. the dea paid other people to lie, and the chief liar, a convicted felon, got killed in a shootout with police while robbing a bank.. i know what i share is unbelieveable, but i lived it, and i know these people.. bob is my big bro...

once he had no money, my attorneys listened to me and read his stuff, and the *** lawyer group went to town.. bob was doing a 40 year sentence, and he had two sons.. he was out of money, and nobody gave a pluck about him.. z stepped in and explained his case to my attornies... they said he was lying.. i said no.. he is not lying.. they looked into it, and then, bingo, he had the ***ish legal team tearing up the governments case.. classic.. his case is cited by a lot of people... but was a chemist, and he would never openly tell anyone he was helping them make meth.. not his style at all. he has a masters in chemistry.. ucla, and we used to talk about how to use khat, or organic chemicals to produce methacatanone, or whatever it was called. nomenclature is a weak point of mine.. bob was brilliant..

he got he case remanded, and got some of his millions back, and his patents too. first time patents were ever seized by the usa.

Look, the key is in the word "believe". I do NOT "believe" (OK, I used the verb erroneously earlier on!). I perceive, think of, imagine, fantasize, etc. I just do not see a creating entity in my perceptions; to me, they're illogical. But for the bulk of humanity, they are extremely logical!

if you rely on limited human senses. then you are missing out.. i think if you could read hebrew, or study like maimondies.. you might could imagine more dimensions.. of course i am a ***, and stick to my beliefs... they work for me. and god willing.. you will investigate and find your purpose in life.. certainly it isnt watching boxing..

i survived a big quake a few times, once in san fran, and then the big one in japan.. i volunteered ..... i was not afraid.. i was or felt commanded by the GOD i worship to get in the game, engage. and i had no choice.. i got radiation off the charts.. but i would do it again.. there are so many guys who run when chit hits the fan.. i would be unable to sleep with my ancestors if i failed to sacrifice and do
my best..

I did my reading part, but not enough, for sure. Too many interesting books to read, and my time is next to zero, mostly due to private family issues who take a toll in terms of time and energy spent.

But I am surely a better listener than a speaker, and I try to learn from everything and everyone I meet and see.

what the case does not say, is bob went into the trial knowing he had an automatic reversal, and he was right.. he had a 40 year sentence, and risked it all. in the end.. the case kinda disappeared.. bob had to plead guilty and agree not to sue the US Gov... he got most of his money back.. his mansion and his classic car collection and his nine patents.....

he said.... if he would not have met me.. he case would not have gotten the *** boys to fight like wild animals for him.. i think he exaggerates.. but he swears by me... i was his best man at his re marriage.... my wife was smiling and said.. papa.. who are you.. who??

doing the right thing.. might cost you a lot..but because I believe in a creator.. if a war breaks out.. i will fight for my people.. i am no hero.. i do not want to be.. but i have met some amazing people, and i always look to GOD...

i am killer in advanced math.. crazy with math and physics.. i sleep listening to physics lectures in hebrew.....


my dream.. my my best life... is to know the creator.. my wife knows.. god first. my wife second, my kids third. my parents and family and friends next.. but i know my priorities and obligations..
