He took it on the eve of the fight with Pacquiao, so any PEDs he took pre-fight would be mask.

It was, it is banned by WADA, Floyd got a retroactive TUE weeks after the fight to stop him being found guilty of doping and getting the fight being called a NC.

There is no reason why Floyd was granted this TUE.
