He didn't need a Nevada exemption because it was 100% legal in Nevada, in any amount, for any reason. You don't need an exemption to do something already allowed.

Separate from that, Floyd and Manny voluntarily decided to subject themselves to stricter regulations, and agreed any IV use would need a TUE from USADA, which Floyd got. So everything he did was legal in the actual rules, and everything he did was kosher in terms of the additional rules he voluntarily subjected himself to. It's an invented controversy.

There is WADA rules that nevada follows to a T from 2015 .

They have the last say on it . But the fact that all this was handled the way it is is what's shady I never said floyd broke protocol and said the commissions and anti doping agencies DID . AMD that's shady . U still haven't posted me one other athlete who applied and recieved a tue after 3 weeks since the fight and treatment . Becuase u cant the closest thing is going to be nick diaz ( using USADA aswell) and he was denied because his application was submitted too close to the fight ..all iam saying is this is shady and if it was a fighter other than floyd it wouldnt have gone down like this .
