I'm going to be blunt here, based on what I saw from Roy against Badi Ajamu- a fight I paid for. I would pick Jeff Lacy to knock out Roy Jones, Jr. Yes, I would. With what Roy has left in his tank, and the youth and power of Lacy- which is all I see a boxer needing to send Roy on all expenses paid trip to Canvas- I would honestly pick Lacy to KO Jones. So...what about the man that broke down and destroyed Lacy? Sure, maybe Calzaghe won in a fight that would be night and day to his battle against Jones, but my point is that if I think the youthful power-houses of the world can pressure Jones into defeat, what about the crafty, skilled boxers who can lay out those young bucks? Jones is neither crafty, nor speedy, and certainly not young enough to win.

If we ever see a Calzage vs. Jones fight we can proudly let Roy lean in after the ref's instructions and say, "I have plenty of excuses tonight."

Which he does- age reducing his speed, faults being exploited by his inability to protect them, mental confidence being shot....

    Calzage by KO.

Roy's day is done. Sorry for the fans, but I just don't think this is a fight Jones should get tangled up in right now.

calzaghe hits harder then you all think. i pick him to knock jones out . but if he cant do that im underestimated jones and jones will win a decision. jones did jab more then ever against badi . but to me jones isnt technical becuase he looks like a southpaw fighting orthodox and when you do that and you reflexes go your done. maybe im wrong and if he develops a jab somehow he could fight 5 more years but if im right i think he will get knocked out . i hope im wrong

It's weird how people keep saying how great Jones looked against Ajamu. Apart from the fact that he didn't look THAT great, Prince Badi Ajamu is not Joe Calzaghe.
