Shield’s attitude reminds me of a young Zab Judah

Great post. You get it.Plenty of boxers are confident to the point of over-saturation. Self-hype has always been a part of the sport. No reason to hate.
It seems like there is a lot less discussion of Shields actual boxing skills and more demonstration that many people here are intimidated by a strong, talented woman of color.
I'll Green K you next time.
Even aside from skin color, there are too many male **********s on here.Comment

He certainly doesn't do very well against technical boxer mover types and only really has a punchers chance. Bivol doesn't fight inside or ever try to where Hart will and sometimes he gets a little uppercut happy at various ranges which could play for or against him honestly. He also has a bad habit of going straight back with his chin out which could leave him vulnerable to Smith's wild shots but I still think he can win a comfortable decision.
Who knows though, Smith is literally glass jawed, despite being tough as hell and able to absorb considerable punishment his body quits on him. Bivol also almost had him outta there at the end of the 12th round.Comment

These pics might helpRemember how Zab Judah was completely unbearable back when he was IBF super lightweight champion?
Everything he said was just completely obnoxious and it was so hard to root for him?
It was also clear that he was incredibly immature and no one ever made him grow up.
Claressa Shields has that same exact personality. When she finally does lose I expect her to react the same way Judah did when Kostya Tsyzu knocked him out.

This guy I'm not sold on. Maybe because he's not fighting at the right division. He certainly doesn't do very well against technical boxer mover types and only really has a punchers chance. Hate's a strong word. Are you sure you don't just severely dislike her?Yeah I hate her.
I honestly don’t remember the last boxer I hated this much.
Probably Mike Tyson after he bite off Holyfield’s ear and claimed it’s because Holyfield head butted him.
I mean she’s crying that no one considered how her brother punching Bashir in the back of the head impacted her.
She claimed that Habazin used the assault of her trainer as an excuse to cancel the fight.
She calling Habazin a racist too lol.
That’s some next level a$$hole stuff. I don’t know if I’ve ever heard something so ****** come out of a boxer’s mouth.Comment

I love Holm and the schooling she put on her.
Ring Magazine is so shameless for calling Rousey the best fighter in the world. That's so disrespectful. She wouldn't even be number 2000.Last edited by BoxingIsGreat; 01-08-2020, 09:33 PM.Comment
