Undefeated heavyweight contender Adam Kownacki is inching toward finalizing an opponent for his 2020 debut. The Polish pugilist Kownacki (20-0, 15 KOs) is in line to face Dominic Breazeale (20-2, 18 KOs) on March 7 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn in what would be a nationally televised fight on Fox, a source with direct knowledge of the negotiations told BoxingScene.com

I expected someone stronger for Adam, but OK. Hopefully this will be Kownacki's last fight before the title fight against whomever.

This is a good matchup. 50/50 fight in my opinion. Posters here never said anything negative about Breazeale prior to the Wilder fight. He was tough, had heart & was a good HW but had some limitations. There were so called "experts" here who said he had a chance against Wilder. A couple others & I said Breazeale will be lucky to make it to round 2. We got laughed at by the haters... Then he lost to Wilder in 1 round & all of a sudden he is a bum...

That is a good fight for both. I hope it happens. Breazeale doesn`t have a good chin, we know that from Ugonoh fight. I favour Kownacki to stop Breazeale.

Weak Breazele is not a good fighter.

Would much rather see Ruiz or Ortiz, than Breazeale!

Ruiz and Ortiz should fight each other.

I think Breazeale wins. He's the kind of fighter who needs a couple of rounds to warm up but I think he'll take over in the middle rounds and win a decision.

I didn't think Dom would fight again. Let's see if he has any fight in him or if he just rolls over for Kownacki like a dog.
