If you have a disincentive to "cut" weight, then you have less PED use. Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems most PED in boxing are aids to cut weight, or maintain muscle mass while shedding pounds! Everyone seems to be walking around 30 lbs. from there weight class! I don't remember it always being this way.
