Let's dismantle this statement with some semantics and logic. Danny's statement is you "have to beat a legend to be a legend." This statement implies that beating a legend is a necessary condition to becoming a legend. What is not implied in this statement is that beating a legend is a sufficient condition to becoming a legend. Otherwise you would have to include fighters like Buster Douglass, Oliver McCall, Jeff Horn, Tim Bradley, Hasim Rahman, etc. as legends.

Garcia gets a full credit if he fights and beats Crawford or a healthy Spence. Let’s not try consent this guy’s cherrypicking ways.
Well if those are your sentiments then you would have to discredit Manny Pacquiao's win over Keith Thurman as a cherrypick as well. Afterall, Keith was coming off a two year layoff from an elbow surgery and in his very first fight back, he was nearly knocked out by a journeyman.

In addition, his conditioning and overall health wasn't at full strength and neither was he at his physical peak either. Yet we still gave Pac full credit for that victory because he defeated a man who was 10 years younger than himself.

We cannot have it both ways. We cannot celebrate Pac victories when he wins but then want to turn around and make excuses for his age once he loses. It's not right. As long as he is still capable of fighting at a very high championship level then he is fair game for anyone.

He's proven that he can still hang with the young pups. If it were not so, then he would have been retired many many years ago like Money Mayweather has.

Apparently. And Crawford is one for beating him, according to Crawford.

Danny has slipped its obvious, and he is the easiest fight of all the known WWs re Spence Bud and Porter , they give Danny a couple of easy wins and boom gets a Manny fight and loses because Danny is the easiest to beat and on his way out.

Look back through the resume where are guy was recently beat and the lead up to fighting Manny,

Its in play again, if the system aint broke dont fix it.

Pac about to end Garcia's career for good. PBC will be without "Done Time", "Garsh" and Spencer. I thought they were what boxing was about? No need for Bud to cross the street, shortly, he'll own the entire block.
