I didn't make any excuses for Keith Thurman when he lost to Manny Pacquiao and I won't be making any excuses for Pac if he loses to Danny Garcia.
Not for me, he gets a discounted credit if he beats a 40+yr old legend and that applies to anybody who beats Pacquiao too. Getting a payday is already enough but getting a full credit? Hell no

Garcia gets a full credit if he fights and beats Crawford or a healthy Spence. Let’s not try consent this guy’s cherrypicking ways.

Didn't let his hands go against Porter or Thurman.

I'm not even sure why he got that broner-syndrome when he really never got beat the way maidana did to broner.

Broner never let his hands go against Porter, Mikey, and the Pacman after what Maidana did to him.
Now that you’re talking about it, I kinda like the idea of matching Garcia to Broner. ‘Battle of Shy Hands’ seems interesting

That’s why he’s just aiming to beat a 40 yr old legend so that he can on keep fighting cherry picks and safe fight afterwards and claim he’s already a legend.

well he was scheduled to fight spence next but that was derailed thanks to spence. Had that fight happened, he would've faced Thurman, porter and Spence in 3 of his last 6 fights. Redkach is a stay bust opponent with the expectation that the next fight would be spence or pac. I mean, despite the fact that his name value was bigger, at the same exact stage of pacs career that gaveia is currently in, he fought mosley who was 40 yrs old and 2-2-1 in his last 5 fights leading into his fight with pac.

It's crazy to see how many people think Manny Pacquiao is a cherry pick.

I don’t know. Danny could have beat Thurman and he could have beat Porter. Then he could beat Spence and Crawford in the future, unified and undefeated. And then he could have possibly jumped up another weight class to dominate another division. Wouldn’t that be a legend in most boxing fans minds.

But Danny didn’t handle his own business, he lost to both Thurman and Porter. Legends don’t do that, I’m sorry. Or at least legends we know, go back in and avenge those losses instead of talking about a another legend that still has a lot of fight in him but a little past his prime. Call that what it is Danny, an instant lottery ticket. Real Legends chase Spence and Crawford and rematches against Porter & Thurman.
