Cotto was pretty prime and it was a darn good fight, however, this decade has not been Floyd’s most impressive set of fights.

cotto was prime? he never beat anyone good above 147 and he lost his next fight to austin trout. going to have to go with no. also as a plus for floyd cotto had evolved into more of a mover/counter puncher. he was ripe for the picking!

The 154 Cotto runs over the 145 Cotto like a Mack truck, one is as strong as a bull the other a waif who said he would never do that to his body again and he didnt.

Manny blatently DUCKED 154 Cotto after calling him out with another BS CW, Cotto said no problems no CW, Manny said no fight, its so obvious they not the same Cotto and Manny knows it.

You fools always embellish the hype, thats your world hype and fantasy.

Floyd shouldn't even be considered for fotd this decade because his best wins were before 2010. In this decade his wins were miles from being considered tbe simply because he only fought 9x in non mma opponents this decade & a drained Canelo was his best win(even though it should hold weight still it doesn't compare to nelos wins over prime fighters like jacobs/Lara/Trout,& undefeated ggg,& still a force Kovalev (kov would be favored over anyone at 160 pre canelo fight)
Except Mosley was ranked p4p #3 when Floyd fought him but out of the top 10 or even top 20 when Manny and Canelo fought him. Also Mosley was coming off of a sensational win over Margarito, handing him his first tko loss.

Oh let's not mention that after Floyd schooled Marquez, the HBO cast were asked who should Floyd fight next, and all of them, Kellerman, Manny Stuart, and Lampey agreed that Shane Mosley or Manny Pacquiao should be his next opponent.

So gtfoh with that bullshieeet. You don't know shieet about what you talking about.

Cotto was 31 and Floyd was 35. But Floyd waited Cotto out though? Lol, can't make this shieet up.

It and its predecessor shows ran from 1871 to 2017. Known as Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Combined Shows, the circus started in 1919 when the Barnum & Bailey's Greatest Show on Earth, a circus created by P. T. How do we determine if a guy is at his best? Is it only age? Or is it a combination of age and experience?

In 2010 floyd beat Shane Mosley who at the time was one of the top p4p fighters in the world. In 2015 Floyd beat Manny Pacquio who was a top 2 p4p fighter in the world and 3 years younger than Floyd. In 2013 Floyd beat Canelo. A young champion who had already defeated some top tier opposition.

The only people that seem to denigrate these wins are people that never liked Floyd.

The TS and others in this thread picked these men to beat Floyd. Yet now years later they are criticizing the wins.

                      That isn’t logical.
