A loss is loss especially a ko loss but he did take that L back.
Lewis did the same and is praised for doing so so how does this affect him in long run.

Joshua didn't steal a title he avenged a loss.

Wilder is a known fighter that stole a single belt last December,. 2x champion vs a guy whos holding another fighters belt,do the math on which one will be effected more if Wilder doesn't get a Win over Fury.

the record books will show Joshua as only the 4 or 5th HW boxer to ever win an immediate rematch .

Wilder will be known for ducking undisputed .

He quit in his corner after being humiliated and outboxed for 7 rounds.

Some will never forget it, and some have already forgotten.

People who brag about being multiple time champs usually don’t lose in embarrassing fashion. They usually get stripped or move up in weight.

          They don’t quit.

            Not impressed.

Lennox Lewis avenged his losses in spectacular fashion; McCall was literally sobbing like a little girl which made the ref call it. Rahman only woke up when his great grandpa told him it wasn’t his time yet. What Joshua did is not the same. He looked gun shy and unwilling to mix it up as he elected to rack up points with his awkward, stiff boxing. Truth is if Andy came in at the same weight as the first fight then he’s light enough to get close and force exchanges. Different fight. Joshua looks timid and shaky to me and still has a lot left to prove because that rematch wasn’t a real fight. It was a pig being circled by a frightened boy with a long stick.

It will follow him for at least the next three years. The hype machine surrounding Joshua is crazy, I think fans know what they saw in the rematch and he won't get the same kind of credit Lewis did with that performance. If he can get through the next three years or so without getting knocked out then maybe people will write it off as an "off night."

I think it helps his legacy that he was able to avenge a KO loss in a title fight Not many fighters have done that. Joshua might be even more popular now than he was a year ago.

And cunts who never set foot in a boxing ring or did anything worth bragging about in their entire life go on the internet calling an Olympic gold medal winning, 2 time unified world champion a quitter.

                    Strange times we live in.
