This is a joke of a fight. I'm not a big AJ fan, but my gosh, he'll absolutely wreck Pulev!

Yawn. Arum's schtick is as tiresome as Ellerbe's. Pulev is tough and rugged and has a decent 1,2 but is fairly basic otherwise. I can't see him getting blown out by anyone (save Wilder) but he's not dynamic enough to beat any of the top 3 (although he'd probably win rounds from Deontay until he ultimately is stopped).

confidence builder defense for Joshua. He’s gonna lose a belt...pure Matchroom business to let two house fighters Usyk and Chisora fight for vacant WBO. Then Joshua can match them later in 2020, while Wilder/Fury are supposedly fighting a trilogy. Smart business.

While I think Joshua is there for the taking, I highly doubt Pulev can get it done.

It takes much more to knock out Booker and Johnson than it takes to knock out Joshua.

I like Pulev somewhat but I just can’t see him winning against AJ

I fully expect to see a KO Bob but it won't be AJ on the floor. But, hey! You're a promotor so you've got to do what you've got to do. Nice one.

Obviously Pulev is not nearly as powerful, dynamic and fast as Wilder but he's more skilled and he has one of the best jabs in the division, much better than Wilder's. Will be interesting to see what Joshua's game plan will be and how will he react when Pulev lands his right hand because he will land it.

Klitschko moped the floor with Pulev, but Joshua isn't Klitschko. I got Joshua on points after a tough fight.
I couldn't really agree with this any more than if I wrote it myself

All i'd add to it is that I think Pulev's best ever showing was against Wlad. He fought like no other Wlad opponent prior (or not in a long time) in that he really went in there to win and fought quite recklessly. He genuinely believed he just had to hit Wlad to crack his chin and he really gave it a go.

This is of course his sole loss and he has quite a decent resume actually! I'm excited for the fight
