    Kovalev comparison?? Uh... lol.

The KD thing is ****** for people to argue over because it's too tough to call. If Kava hit him w/ a KD punch, why the *** was he having to wrestle and thrust him around? We really don't know if Bud would have remained standing if he wasn't being pushed around so it's kinda ****** to get a hardon over it.

The Khan thing... wow. What bearing does that have on the fight, on Crawford's career, his mindstate, on anything???

Maybe next time just make a thread titled, "I don't like Crawford" because it would be more truthful than this one.
he was beng punched around not pushed.

He was dominating Toney but then got complacent. The same in his fight with Curry. One day Crawford is gonna get hit with s punch he doesn’t see and it’s gonna put him out.
Good analysis. Sugar Ray wanted nothing to do with the Southpaw. All wrong for him so he ducked him. Nunn blew because of senseless exchanges. In Crawfords case he is just one tough mean SOB who can do it all. Kinda Hagleresque but I think unlike Nunn Bud will be smarter in the ring at the right time. He has great ring IQ

But you are absolutely right, he never seems to want any sort of critiquing. He is very defensive when it comes to that, but to be honest most competitors are.
that wasnt a knock down go look in slow motion n be honest

Proudly so. The eye test and gym stories are not good enough for me. Show me who you've fought and I'll tell you who you are.

I have, my only conclusion was to agree with Ward. At the end of the day it doesn’t matter. But nothing I have seen from the footage changes my mind, Kava was busy punching, not once did he push Bud down.

His left hand was busy trying to hit Bud in the torso, it was Bud who was trying to hold on, wasn’t successful and then went down because he was hurt and on steady legs.

Not everyone has a good enough eye to give the 'eye test' and those folks should stay away from P4P discussions because the eye test is in fact part of the P4P ranking.

What you're trying to do is turn P4P into an on-paper ranking, which is nonsense. Of course on-paper ranking favor a guy who has been given half a dozen debatable decisions.

The eye test is part of the p4p discussion, yes, I agree, as is dominance. But they can't be the top criterion. The eye test is the reason Crawford and Loma are where they are. But at the end of the day, who you actually fought and showed your skill against has the highest rating. It's the proving of what the eye perceives. It's not a paper test. Canelo actually fought these guys. And some of his decisions were debatable because the fights were close, and there is variability in judging. Those fights were not blowouts against mediocre opposition. Every debatable fight for Canelo was against top opposition. Crawford has not fought one guy who is widely regarded as great even by the eye test. Good fighters, yes, but not a great. He beat who was put in front of him, but he hasn't fought the best...yet

Even if he was knocked down it was no big deal. He was not really hurt by it and continued fighting normally. Fighters get stung in the ring in basically every fight.

I thought it was a knockdown but no shame there
The comparison to Kovi is really ignorant , no fughin comparison whatsoever between the two
And Khan , well let’s just say that it really didn’t work to his advantage faking getting hit in the nuts , then again his whole fughin career has been faked

He admitted to being hurt vs Gamboa. Maybe it’s because he wasn’t that hurt. It happens, you get caught and are put off balance, especially when a guy is jumping on you and flailing. It can easily look a lot worse than it was.
