Even still I would not necessarily call Floyd a slow starter. You just mentioned some fights that he took a while warm up. Crawford will literally lose the first one or two round to fighters he barely has to try to beat like with Dierry Jean or Postol. The same thing has not happened with Floyd

Still don't get it do you. TC is probably the closest to Floyd in the skill for skills department in this era. So it's logical and sensible to make comparisons based on that factor alone.
