DAZN had no part in Canelo being "elevated" to franchise champion. That was very obviously a decision made by the WBC to save them from the embarrassment of having to order a mandatory between Canelo and Charlo, and then being compelled to strip Canelo of their 160 title for a second time when he refused to comply.
