Except that was part to do with the fact that Povetkin and Ortiz failed drug tests and Wilder got hurt and had to have surgery...
Whyte is a slow footed brawler whose defense consists of halfway covering up mixed with an occasional wild catch and shoot, he doesn’t use his legs defensively and would end up getting his guard pulled down and eating a flush shot from Wilder and going to sleep...would be a 5 round fight maybe ...Comment

No really. Whyte is always in a good fight, he almost always looks like he is gonna lose, but somehow he keeps winning against good opposition.Comment

I think Wilder is likely to KO Whyte, in very heavy fashion. However how tf a contender like Whyte ends up with a better resume than a world champion with XX defences, in fewer fights, has been mandatory for 2 years, but still has no crack at the champ? I have no freaking idea.
Of course this came on the back of Wilder telling Whyte he would make him wait years for this shot, now by coincidence or by design - it's ridiculous. This is actually the perfect example piece for the state of the sport today.Last edited by Articulateboxin; 12-13-2019, 07:42 AM.Comment

On one hand, I don't want Whyte to get blessed with the fight since he's had numerous opportunities and passed on them all.
On the other hand, I'd love to see his head smacking off the canvas after he gets knocked smooth the ***** out....
So I'm cool either wayComment
