all this talk of kings...
a king with a larger kingdom and alliances with other kingdoms relying on it...has far more to lose. The objective here was to win...losing was not an option for him.
Wilder has far less to lose, so he can afford to have that rash mentality..much like the version of aj who boxed Whyte. his only wish is to get a payday vs aj, maybe become undisputed (preferably the easier way)...eg become undisputed through ruiz, then become a side vs aj and get that big payday...
besides, this idiot lost to Fury already.Comment

He did what he had to do?? What is this mentality?? I agree with you, this is boxing this isn't rock and sockem robots but the guy embarassed the sht out of you in the first match and that's how you come out in the rematch? It’s called boxing, hit and don’t get hit. Utilise movement although it needs perfection. He wasn’t very good at holding because he left Ruiz’s right hand free and he wasn’t leaning on Ruiz. He needed to lean on Ruiz to get him tired then knock him out later. Joshua’s defence is still very suspect but he did what he had to do.
Imagine the old great heavyweight boxers doing that.. it wouldn't happen, when lennox got knocked out by rahman he didn't come back to win on points..
I guess they just don't make boxers like they used and you guys seem to be okay with that.Comment
