Lets say Ruiz wa self conscious about the weight. His approach would be to strip down to the buff. Then he could talk about what he ate before, etc...

The false sense of security angle makes a lot of sense to me. Ruiz has said he wants AJ swinging for the fences... What better way than to give a false impression?

For now I am buying it, especially given the odds right now.

Thank you, sir, for reviewing and understanding the point I have been making re Ruiz' fake weight plan. It's obvious that only intelligent and discerning readers can fully comprehend this devious plan.

The rest of you are just Joshua fan boys!

I'm fine with the argument he meant to come in heavier, but what's with the focus on the dude's hat? Just a funny way of saying hey, he clearly didn't try to make a smaller weight?

I'm not even hating on using the hat as a vehicle for the point, it's fine, it's just funny to me.

Whether he is or not , I just don’t see any change in his demeanour
The guy was and will always be the chubby heavyweight
Now if he wins or not is a whole other story but being totally honest , he really doesn’t look any different than the last time
I think he’s so deep in AJ’s head that he’s still got this just off that
He’s got that psychological advantage and I believe he will take him out sooner than later
I just hope if he’s not up to grade , that at least he makes it competitive , no reason to lay an egg

Ruiz seems like a regular type of guy, not one for mind tricks and fake weight

I have proof of it. Ruiz learned the heavy hat trick from the master:
