7,500 tickets is about 60% capacity but it's better then 50% and he made 4million before paying his crew so Wilder has that going on. Sure Wilder turned down 120 million but maybe he was afraid it might change him and make him a less compassionate person. Money does things to people and Wilder doesn't want that..good for him.

Me just trying to be give a positive spin, you know, fair and balanced and shlt.

Wilder had 2 opportunities for "One Champion, One Face, One Name".

Instead, made £9.5m/$12.4 fighting Breazeale, then approximately £15.2m/$20m fighting Ortiz...so his next fight MUST earn him £75.3m/$98.8m to make it the right decision.

What a bad bad business decision.
So when was he supposed to get the portion of the money allocated for fighting Joshua twice? The contract dollar amount was contingent on him fighting Joshua twice, just like the dollar amount on Fury's contract with ESPN is contingent on him fighting Wilder and Joshua.

At the end of the day, Wilder is doind everything he can to represent himself well as champ. Fury dominated him and Wilder is taking that rematch and wanted it immediately. What more do boxing fans want.
Well some boxing fans play favorites and have biased opinions they are not going to let something as little as common sense, statistics and facts stand in the way of their heartfelt debates lol In situations like these you just got to sit back and read the comments and try not to laugh at all the exaggerations and people who make up their own "facts" just to win an argument lol

$4m in gate rev puts him behind canelo and pacquiao as the biggest draws in the us. cong**** to wilder. that’s more than double what fury did in his two vegas fights combined

Trying to read between your lines here. Are you insinuating that the value of Wilder has gone up dramatically enough to warrant a bigger amount of money but only based on if Joshua's value is maintained following the Ruiz fight?

Say what you will, but he’s about 30 MILLION dollars short of where that deal would have taken him. I thought this PPV would have done a lot better than 275 since he’s been on a nice tear and the first fight was so good. Heck, his contract would have been half way done and he’s be free to go wherever he wanted in two fights. The Fury fight is going to have to be MASSIVE in order for him to even think about making up lost ground.

Regardless, he’s rich and is the most exciting fighter in boxing right now so he’ll be fine. I’m pulling for him to unify it all with that right hand.

Nope. Just pointing out that the value of the contract was based solely on fighting Joshua who lost to Ruiz and decided immediately to fight a rematch. Accordingly, Wilder didn't miss out on any money that he couldn't get. He is right were he was before the Ruiz Joshua fight if he fights Joshua twice for the same $40M per fight that he was offered.
