This is a snippet of AJ vs Joyce Sparring:

    https://********/tH80WcThFio

The real footage is the first part which they have now yanked off YouTube with AJ beating the brakes off Joyce. Joyce didn’t even land a punch and he got battered all over the ring.

Funny how after the video came out - Joyce stopped entertaining questions about beating AJ in sparring, lol. Then somehow the full 3mins video disappeared from YouTube. LMAO.

I don't take much in sparring as you know they work on different things. Heck I've seen guys not allowed to hit back just to work on timing and D! What they need to do is get some sumo wrestlers in there that have really fast hands flapping them all around him and bull rushing him until he quits fighting backwards...

Thanks for the info as always!

I would rather have footage and rumors of my fighters (If training) looking like sht then blowing sparring partners out of the water... Sparring isn't about that IMO. The right training partners and work in is wayy more important. AJ CLEARLY had that ALL wrong for Ruiz.

Ruiz will pressure Wilder! That will indeed be interesting. Wilder has not seen a pressure fighter.

I know you’re smarter than the rest of these idiots, don’t read too much into. He was actually more resigned before the Povetkin fight and didn’t cut his hair.
Its not his hair. Its a general appearance, a look in his eyes.

If AJ is getting hurt badly in sparring, I question what type of camp his team has been setting up. I don't know what goes on behind the scenes, so I am just thinking.... Sparring has always been about learning and getting better, working on flaws, and not intentionally trying hurt a partner. Getting caught is one thing, but trying to take another guy's head off is another thing. If a sparring partner is trying to hurt someone, he has to be cut from the session.

Every fighter gets caught with shots in sparring. That's the whole damn point, to learn and improve.

It's weird how lesser fighters are champions in sparring. While elite fighters are always terrible in sparring.

If I didn't know better, If think it was just a load of old bollocks.
