This article is ridiculous. Shows the bias and agenda of this forum, guess they need a new hero, hey maybe he could beat ortiz a 3rd time and that moves him up list even further?

He scored 2 late KD to narrowly save his a;ss over an overweight tired Fury who was playing with him for the whole fight.

      Wilder best win is Ortiz.
That guy is 40 YEARS OLD and his best achievements in boxing is beating effing Jennings by KO.

It doesn't make Wilder P4P period

If Wilder beat the sht outta Josh vs Ruiz winner, then he's the best and will give him my props for being a great.

He’s 34 and not about to retire anytime soon.
AJ at one point was considered a threat. That got vanquished by Ruiz.
Wilder can beat both AJ and Ruiz but I suppose we’ll just wait and see how it plays out. Hopefully we get to talk when those fights get made

I think Wilder has the fastest hands at heavy.
Ruiz is the best combination puncher in the division and he is pretty damn fast too

The gist of this message is that lower weight fighters are very, very overrated. Wilder is way above Inoue p4P and Fury is up with Crawford and Canelo in the top 3.
I agree. Wilder at #10 P4P is very reasonable & Fury at #5 is just as reasonable.

People are acting like Wilder wouldn't have liked to fight those Euro guys. He was able, ready and willing to fight them but they chose to opt to fight Anthony Joshua instead for more pay.

Wilder was too much of a high risk and low reward. Both Wladimir Klitschko and Joseph Parker comes to mind in this instance.

In addition, they wanted the WBC champion to cross the pond in order to fight the remaining guys. Why couldn't they just fight him in America?

Lastly, as far as Dillian Whyte is concerned, the only sticking point that is holding that fight up is Whyte's refusal to leave Eddie Hearn and Matchroom Sport; Whom Deontay Wilder despise.

He told Dillian Whyte to leave Matchroom and sign with the PBC and he will fight him but thus far Dillian Whyte has refused to budge.

Yeah, you can tell Wilder is petrified of Whyte.
                Wilder KO 1.
Whyte needs to get his "TUE" dilemma straightened out.
Makes you wonder how many times Whyte and Hearn have covered up test results....

P4P is kind of a ****** ranking open to all sort of interpretation but strictly speaking, you could make a case for a sub 220 pound Wilder on that list.

You can see the case if you just tilt your head, squint and when the light is just right...the case for P4P becomes clear.

Unfortunately you just can't count on that light so that's a big nope, don't see the case at all.
