Pulev?
He's never said Wilder's name.
Povektin failed his drug test when Wilder was coming to Russia.
Breazeale was Wilder's mandatory, Stiverne was a mandatory in the rematch.
Brazeale is trash but Wilder got him out in a round where AJ took 7 rounds.
And Povektin took a dive vs AJComment

Pulev and Povetkin were Klitschko`s mandatories.Pulev?

I say Wilder should stop ducking his mandatory Whyte.Comment

You just doesn't know sht about boxing, you're throwing Donnaire under the Bus because of 2 performances +35 years old (vs Frampton) and way above his weight class vs Walters at 126.Donaire get knocked out by Walters, who quite frankly is garbage. He got took to school by Frampton, who himself got took to school by Warrington, who had a much debated win over Galahad, who hardly anyone outside of UK boxing fans has even heard of. The gist of this message is that lower weight fighters are very, very overrated. Wilder is way above Inoue p4P and Fury is up with Crawford and Canelo in the top 3.
Donnaire is a 5 div champ and a modern great.
I will take a prime Donnaire at his best weight super fly any day over all the bums that Wilder fought in his whole career.
It is pretty much obvious.Comment

Not going to beat Beterbiest or Spence either.
Hell, I don't even think a WW version of Wilder would beat Shawn Porter.Comment

Wilder can prove himself vs Ruiz, Fury, Joshua, Parker instead of fighting the WBC or PBC fat bum of the month.———-
In the current crop of HW’s plus the next unknown contenders, who do you think is an elite fighter or even decent as you put it?
What things or rather against whom should Wilder “prove”?
Your point is compelling only if measured against (historical) time but how do you fault Wilder for fighting in an era where talent at the HW tier is scarce?
Wilder is 34 and can fight another good 6 years. Two fights a year means 12 fights. Where do we dig up guys that Wilder can prove his mettle against?
I am just playing the devil’s advocate but I have no reason to question the path Wilder is paving for himself. He’s on a path to greatness if he keeps giving us highlight reels.
He fought Fury once but didn't pass the eye test IMO.
He scored 2 late KD to narrowly save his a;ss over an overweight tired Fury who was playing with him for the whole fight.
Wilder best win is Ortiz.
That guy is 40 YEARS OLD and his best achievements in boxing is beating effing Jennings by KO.
It doesn't make Wilder P4P period
If Wilder beat the sht outta Josh vs Ruiz winner, then he's the best and will give him my props for being a great.Last edited by BillyBoxing; 12-02-2019, 01:24 PM.Comment
