  • Wilder vs Fury 2 is such a great great fight!!! I am absolutely pumped for that one.

    • Wilder's one punch power suggests the George Foreman blueprint, except Wilder does not tire easily nor can he be mentally defeated or discouraged, even when running behind or hurt.
His Boxing intellect is highly underrated.
Cannot ask for more in an athlete.

Google the unified rules of boxing commissions. In modern boxing no fighter who’s been dropped can be saved by the bell in any round - including the last round. That other guy is spinning bull****.

            Refer to Rule 10.

            • Wilder, in my opinion, is an exciting and good boxer. A good boxer as in he gets his way and wins his matches, however it may come.

He may not have great traditional boxing skills to win rounds and outpoint his opponents, but he does have good boxing IQ. He may look like he's in that ring doing nothing and just losing round after round, but he does have a great right hand that can finish a fight in an instance. He knows that and his boxing IQ is that he is able to set his opponent to deliver that devastating punch.

              • As predictable as the Canelo/Kov!! Was not Ppv worthy, Ko’ing the old slow Cuban senior citizen a 2nd time does nothing for Wilder legacy.

Googled it and you are correct, thanks. Also booked marked the page for future reference.

                  • I am mostly a casual boxing fan. I keep track of news somewhat and am mostly interested in HW boxing. I would watch the "big 3" with interest, mostly AJ and Wilder. Fury too, but only if he's fighting someone interesting and not Otto Walin or Tom Schwartz, which is rare following his comeback.

As long as Dubois or someone like him doesn't rise to the top, Wilder and Fury and Joshua are keeping the scene alive. I have little hope with Usyk or Joyce. Ortiz or Whyte or Ruiz could win a one-off championship match but they won't be staying at the top for long.

I am excited to see Wilder fight Fury and I hope the winners, and also their promoters, finally agree to unify. Obviously, Ruiz vs Wilder will be easier to make. However, I honestly do not see Ruiz winning against a mentally prepared Joshua. Joshua can and should take care of business, most probably in style.

This is true. Wilder is actually a good boxer. I just give him no respect for his boxing record. If he retired now, he'd just be looked back on as a good fighter, a big puncher who never really fought anyone at the top-top level.
