I think Mexican boxers are the most entertaining, it has nothing to do with race its culture. I feel that Mexican boxers have more heart in the game than say American boxers. Its not a genetic thing its the way they train, they aren't pampered ******* like some of American boxers. Hey Im not hating because if I were a boxer I would be pampered too.

    Props to Mexican boxers.

People who have tasted poverty or adversity, will always defeat a rich person in a street fight.

Everyone knows that, and it's clear as day.

          It's common ****ing sense.

Erik Morales, Manny Pacquiao, Jose Luis Castillo, all grew up with maybe 1 pair of shoes to their name......and more than likely fought on the streets every day when they were boys trying to survive.

For those of you who have never been to the poor sections of Tijuana......you have no idea.

I'd imagine people in Santos City, Phillipines are equally as impoverished.

Same with these Eastern European boxers, and guys in MMA. Except Wlad most likely had a life of privledge.

Rahman will get praise for beating a aging man and it will be thrown out as some movement against "Russian" boxers, Wlad. It will mean nothing. Maskaev isnt even top 10 by Ring. Fight News ranked him as 14 under John Ruiz and Shannon Briggs. Unfortuantly Rahman will get too much praise for this fight if he wins.

I actually think Maskaev has a good shot at beating Rahman again, not because Maskaev is nearly as talented as Klitschko but because Rahman in all honesty sucks. Im going to make another thread of something I post elsewhere explaining why.

.....A good post following a good post and I pretty much agree with you both. Rahman will get too much credit for a win that I expect him to get, but I wouldn't be surprised to see Oleg take him out.

Yeah, and he's by no means a street fighter.

He's a master-boxer who's pedigree in boxing is what you'd point to in his success. He's huge, and very skilled.

He's not a short, poor guy who fights for his life.

Growing up, I remember all Soviets referred to as "Russians". No matter what part of the Soviet Union they came from. It may not be appropriate but that's the way it was.

this shows how ignorant rahman is. wlad's ukrainian, oleg is kazakstani, and lyko is belarussian.

rahman has apparently no idea what nationality his opponents are and knows nothing about the map of europe.
