The man talks as if he had a perfect career himself. So salty. I'm sure there is plenty of knowledge in the world that is Free for AJ to learn from. If you dont like someones character then it's always difficult to learn from them. Lennox wants a pat on the back for everything he talks about. If he wants to be a trainer then train fighters. Hes a commentator so I guess he makes comments for now.

Man, if the advice is free and flowing from one of the best heavies ever, I would swallow my pride and take it over and over again. Ego is something else I tell you. Wilder is smart. Manny Stewart is dead, and he is one of the few remaining people who can transfer some of his wisdom.

This is obviously an ego thing. Lewis calls himself a mountain and Joshua a pupil and that explains why Lewis was trashing Joshua from the day Joshua turned pro. This is why Joshua will not reach out to this guy. These things didn’t start in the press, they started from the gym. Joshua had no problems with anyone, he learnt a lot from the Klitschkos and Larry Holmes and others who were not seeking relevance but are satisfied with what they achieved. Joshua talks to people like Floyd and even went to the USA and saw many people, he deals with David Haye and any boxer except Lennox Lewis. If you gonna come with an attitude it won’t work. Then there is a Jamaican- African issue at play. We know who is salty and can’t get Joshua’s name out of his mouth.

He wasn’t trying to “Advice” Joshua, he was throwing shades at every opportunity, now that he got called a clown, he has since stopped and now he is trying to play the old wise head. He did the same thing to Tyson Fury, until Fury threatens to KO him. And where did his advice get David Price? Nowhere...

I think Lewis might be a little jealous off Joshua's success, I remember Lewis sure didn't react well to criticism of him in the Bruno fight....he really had a nerve pinched when he was called Canadian or not British.

I wonder if somehow Joshua raises those fears (non-acceptance by the UK). Obviously Lewis won the UK over by the late 90's, but who knows how / why he seems to waiting on a permanent Joshua fall.

Still, every fighter fights for himself...no rule you need to help a fellow boxer because he's from the same country.

Lewis isn't jealous of Joshua. He is pissed at his cowardice. AJ has been running away from any formidable heavyweight possible. Ortiz, Wilder, etc. Lewis knows AJ is just a Hearn hype minion and it sickens him.
