There's always something with saul. If he fights a boxer in his prime, one of the judges seems to watch only ginger landing shots, even if is only air. If he gets schooled for 12 rounds, a least one judge has it a draw. I think that is why he doesn't get the full credit. On top of that he is not really dominating, and I get it, if you fight Lara you ain't dominating that guy, jacobs, ggg, I think he should have fought ggg a third time, I'd had put my money on him. But choosing kovalev after a grueling fight 2 months ago, we all knew he had no chance. I wanted to believe that kovalev had one more good fight in him, he looked sharp for a few rounds but no power whatsoever. The kid has a granite chin so it was a matter of time.

Canelo wasn't that explosive when he was fighting Mosely. He might have had a bit of that in his game but had he been that sharp and explosive then Mosely would have been KO'd. Mosley was fighting Canelo hard on the inside at times while Canelo would simply cover up and Mosley couldn't hurt him...It just looked like a smaller man who couldn't move or hurt the bigger man for most of the fight. Canelo is a MUCH better fighter now than he was back then.
