without stats, your opinion is nothing more than that. Why dont you list the opponents each have fought and then we all can decide.

Well, we could look at the top 5 wins each of them got, even if in no particular order.

Canelo: Kovalev, Golovkin, Fielding, Cotto, Jacobs.
Golovkin: Jacobs, Derevyachenko, Brook, Lemieux, Murray.

It seems pretty obvious who has the better resume and who fought the better opponents in general.

Kov/GGG/Cotto all 35 years or older when Saul fought them. Fielding was never anything more than a fake belt holder with nothing in his resume to say he was even close to good. Jacobs was ok, but had already been beaten, fair and square, by Golovkin YEARS prior.

Jacobs, Derev, Lemieux(ibf champ) were all solid fighters when Golo fought them. Brook, moved up like Khan did to fight Saul and Murray was a decent win on Golo's ledger. You couldve thrown out Rolls or Vanes who were cherries. Those you mentioned for Golo were at or near their primes when they fought him.

I get it you hate Golo, but your thread is garbage, kinda like your opinion.

I like how you tell that ****ing troll to list the people they, GGG and Canelo, fought and dude cant even ****ing do that.

Look at their last 11 opponents

          GGG

          Derevychanko
          Rolls
          Canelo
          Vanes
          Canelo
          Jacobs
          Brooks
          Wade
          Lemieux
          Monroe Jr.
          Murry

          Canelo

          Kovalev
          Jacobs
          Fielding

          GGG
          GGG
          Chavez Jr
          Liam smith
          Khan
          Cotto
          Kirkland
          Lara

People say **** like Golovkin only fights smaller guys but is too afraid to fight above 160. Canelo is a small middle weight but we all know they're ****ing liars. GGGs resume not be spectacular but it's not trash ans Canelos isnt amazing.

Canelo is the king of fighting smaller guys/weight drained guys and the proof is in his resume. Look at the BOLD.

All the fighters Canelo dragged up to Middle Weight because dude couldn't make 154 so needed Canelo weight at 155.

But guy is so small he looks like he could be a legit 175lb guy and cant make 160 anymore.

Lemieux was Saunder's sex slave, Derevyachenko was Jacob's leftovers, Brook was from a lower division, Murray never achieved anything, Jacobs was okay (for a cancer victim), but again, Canelo beat him just like Golovkin did.

I hate Golovkin because "fighters" like him are one of the main reasons why the sport is dying. He never takes any exciting fights and when he finally attempts to do it, which he only did against Canelo moving up in weight, he looked bad.

unfortunately... they needed to - and have - attacked NUMEROUS fighters to justify "Golovkin's miserable and boring career"

from Martinez, to Cotto, to Ward, to Hopkins, to Hoya, to Hagler, to Froch

funnily enough... all of whom are better than Golovkin

golovkin knows he cant do better himself...he just wants a fat check again....
He gets a fat check regardless of who he fights.

24 rounds and 2 great fights, why not close the show if you're Canelo.
I like watching GGG fight but if Canelo finishes him off by KO, that would be exciting. I know you'd enjoy it lol

when you face an lamost entire resume of middle to mediocrity theres no need to cherry pick.

Cherrypicking by definition is picking good fighters who are fading, Golovkin was barely interested in facing more than even 1 number 2 contender.

D- troll thread cuz its IMPOSSIBLE to argue its not GGG right now with the Rolls fight & now the random guy fight thats coming next. SD was a good fight doe.

You could argue its been Canelo in past times, but the thing with the Canelo cherry pick fights you can say he did they were usually name guys so they had a lil more interest & intrigue cuz people often hype names even past prime or at higher weights. GGG's cherry pick fights are who the fook is that guy caliber cherry picks so far less interesting.
