    Pathetic...

Amaju is not a litmus test in proving "Roy is back."

    That's all he's saying.

People prematurely claiming Roy is back by beating an unknown guy are just reaching for things to make them feel better about RJJ.

Too early to tell about RJJ.

Obviously you have something personal against him if you get so uppity when someone says 'He's back'. It's also very rude to diss Ajamu and say he was a bum. He is a fringe top 10 guy. He's not good, but he is above average.

The only reason you are mad is because you want to see Roy face the best guys in hopes of seeing him get KOd. Roy needed a comeback fight like this and no one should complain about it.

The only thing that this fight proved was that Roy Jones still have something left. What ever is in store for Jones we have to wait and see.

Yeah but to not give Roy at least props when you bet against him is just ****ty and a ***** move. According to the post creator's thoughts/beliefs before the match, Jones was so far gone that he wouldn't win. Understandable considering Jones' last few fights. Hell I definitely had doubts.

He overcame whatever adversity that he appeared to have in previous fights and showed that he can at least still beat this level of guys. Which is more than a lot of past their prime fighters can say.

Jones thoroughly dominated and showed good speed again. Its not reaching, it's the truth. Did you actually see the fight? Good return bout. Jones deserves credit for that, for doing what he was supposed to do. To say this fight proves Jones is the best fighter or anything like that, no it doesn't prove that at all. Doesn't add to Jones' legacy at all.

I gave him his respects, but you have people that are talking as if RJJ is back to his old self. RJJ should stay away from the top competition IMO and that basically means retire.

I don't think he's going to continue fighting no ones. He doesn't need the money.

Jones should take on a few small fights to get his fire back.

I think he's definitely got a couple big fights left in him. If I'm wrong, I'll most definitely admit it. I'd take him over Hopkins, Tarver 4, or Glen Johnson 2.

I disagree. I think he'd not only lose against all of them but get TKO'd against them as well if they fought again.

And that's all there is to it. He has something left...but how much? He's not retiring so we might as well discuss his future.

But he won the rematch so that's that.
Rounds are scored on effective agression, ring generalship, clean punching and defense.
Outhustling doesnt matter when you actully score fights. him and Floyds punches were much more clean nd effective when he did throw them.

It's funny how you make up bull**** when you have to backup Floyd. Can't you ever admit that you are wrong?
