Im flat out lost when people start talking up Hatton. The guy is a Mini John Ruiz and nothing more, He's been dropped and shaken by non power punchers.

Miguel Cotto is what almost 30 fights into his pro career and has yet to step up to world class comp. There is a reason Top Rank has held him back do long. There have been rumors for years about Cotto having a shaky chin and being rocked in the gym then he goes out and has a life and death struggle with Torres who is a C level fighter at best.

Why dod you think those guys are so much better? because there bigger names?

please dont bring up Maussa that was a pure asswhooping until Harris gassed dont try and act like Maussa did something.

YOU just brought up Maussa, I said nothing about him. I know he's sad, but Cotto also beat that ass and stopped him.

If Cotto would have lost his bouts to Corley and Torres, then you could say something. He didn't, he survived, and he stopped both fighters. I haven't seen any of Harris' early setbacks, but losing to Oliveira and drawing with Ivan Robinson (from all accounts I have heard Harris had this fight won) is bad, plain and simple.

I get it though, lets discredit Hatton and Cotto who have done nothing but win...and then make 50 excuses as to exactly why Vivian Harris has lost to bums.

Hatton beat Tszyu, which is 1000 times better than anything Harris has done in his career. I'm not going to pretend like I'm a Hatton expert, but he has now beaten Collazo and Tszyu, which are better fighters than anyone Harris & Cotto have faced.

Funny thing is I'm not even trying to say these guys are the best fighters in the world, they'd just beat Viv Harris from what I have seen.

I'm beginning to think that 90% of the people here have only seen 3 Hatton fights. Holy ****, download his fight against Magee if you want to see his skills. If you're going to call him a John Ruiz at least watch more then 3 fights of him, holy ****...if you guys saw how he fought against Magee you guys would be amazed.

I'll continue to dislike Harris as long as he seems like a punk and can't back up his taclk. I mean, I'd be pissed all the time if my name was Vivian but the boy needs to take a chill pill. Step up in competition, learn to box a bit more, fix the balance, and maybe I'll enjoy watching him more.

Oh, and I'd favor Hatton to beat Harris but not like it' be a blowout. Harris could easliy catch him with a big shot or two since Harris is content to stay on the outside and wait for Hatton to come in. Hit him with a few big shots and might not get back up.

I still want to see Collazo vs Harris, as I said earlier, I could dig that.

Impressed no, because he was fighting an old Stevie Johnston.

That was like watching Mike Tyson accost a fat man holding an ice cream cone and facing the opposite direction.

It's obvious you haven't seen that fight...just saying what others have said. He looked magnificent that night, man.

In all fairness I honsetly want to see Collazo vs anybody who's considered a big name at Welterweight. I think after his fight against Hatton as a relatively large underdog and put on a hell of a show he should definitely be given another shot to prove himself. And while it's hard to say I'd favor him against almost any of them, I'd definitely give him more than just a good chance to win.

I want to see Baldomir-Collazo because they are both tough customers and it will answer a lot of questions about Baldomir. I say Baldy should take on this guy and if he has a good showing and wins then he should take on Mayweather. Damn, just thinking about that fight makes my mouth water. Both tough as nails, both big welterweights, no one would give an inch, contrast in styles, Baldy wouldn't be taking a step back;neither would Collazo. Damn...that fight would please me in ways that a woman can't
