Fact is that not every fighter has a choice in whom they fought because if they did everyone would have had a chance at guys like Canelo But he's not going to fight 10x a year so only certain people are going to get those fights. Its whom gets those fights are the issue. In Canelo's case they tend to be guys who are closer to being on the way out than otherwise.

As much as I enjoy reading your comments I am adding you to my ignore list since you're completely incapable of rational response. I do not want to derail another conversation with pointless back and forth when there are people who might be reachable.

He should never come back down again. Really no reason to anyways.
I wish Ward was still fighting. Ahh, who am I kidding. Canelo would never take that fight. He’s looking for attainable goals like Mayweather did.

Very good point, same thing will happen to Canelo if he tries, 168 needs to be the goal there are plenty of fights there to be made.

NOBODY said any fighter could magically click their fingers and land the cash-cow

EVERYBODY knows ANY fighter could turn down the cash-cow

                  like Kovalev did

                  like Derevyanchenko did

                  etc etc etc

FACT: mid-level contenders turn down fights all the time

some get benched for it... ala Mikey Garcia at Top Rank... Ward with Goosen

Golovkin is 100% responsible - therefore accountable - for his shabby resume

stop making excuses for your little ret4rded brother

                  " had no choice "

forget middleweight... move to 168 for Benavidez/Plant/Smith

                    • Well yah. 168 will almost assuredly be Canelo's new come-get-paid weight and it isn't hard to imagine it's where the eventual GGG3 (which will happen, don't kid yourself, but which Canelo may well fight tooth and nail to have as literally the last outing of he and Golovkin's respective DAZN contracts) will transpire.
