Or maybe the agreement was that Canelo allows Kovalev to win on points until the 11th round, and then Kovalev needs to open himself up for Canelo’s power punches? Right?

Why didn’t Gatti, another fighter McGirt trained, threw virtually no power punches at Mayweather either? He just jabbed, jabbed, jabbed and the few times he tried anything else, he got caught. What is it with McGirt fighters and the jab obsession? And McGirt fighters being in on fixed fights?
Jab obsession isn’t exclusive to McGirt. Ask Abel and Rozier why their fighters did the same thing against Canelo.

I had the same. Official cards were a draw and two cards had Canelo up at the stoppage

I had Kovalev winning by a healthy margin until the KO. I knew if he didn’t win by KO he was getting robbed. I don’t believe he took a dive, that was a legit KO.

But really even by refraining from any power punches or combinations, with the soft offense to make Canelo look competitive, it still wasn't competitive untill Canelo signaled the final stage of the fix. Very hard to make it look convincing to intelligent people when you got a naturally much bigger, better fighter pretending to be inferior.

Kovalev had some decent rounds the first half of the fight but Alvarez was pressing him. Kov tired badly after the 5th round and it was obvious Alvarez was winning the 2nd half of the fight.
I have to admit I was surprised by the suddenness of the KO.

Of course Kov was up with mostly 10-8 rounds too. If not for the ref stopping the fight I probably would have even given him a 9-9 round for the 11th he was just that dominating. Somehow this proves ggg is the best.

                  Am I doing this right?

I wasn't impressed by Kovalev's pitty pat punches at all for the first half the fight. There were only two rounds where I thought Kovalev won decisively (I think it was 8 and 9). I had Canelo winning before stoppage. I think my score card was similar to Julie Ledderman's.
