97-93 Kovalev here... But Hey! Canelo knocked him cold so kudos to him for getting the weakest belt at LHW... I don't think we'll see him at that weight for a while as he will surely vacate the title..

If WBO175 gets vacated, the fight for the vacant title will be Zurdo vs Umar Salamov who looks like a Wal Mart Beterbiev.

And we all know how much the WBO loves to put straps on Top Rank fighters. I dont see Zurdo fighting Beterbiev though, 39 fights at 168 and his most notable are Jesse Hart (twice) and the corpse of Artur Abraham.

Kovalev should have taken some risks and gone for a stoppage in the second half of the fight.

He should have known that if it went the full 12 rounds, he'd never get a decision anyway.
