Same IBF next 8am weighin Kov operated under before and that WBC will move to for 20-20.

    When U out of preschool?
Duhhh... IBF next 8am weighin DOES NOT APPLY in unification fights. When Kov held the IBF title hes was also WBA super and WBO champion thus not having the next day weigh in thus yesterday being the first time it was forced on him in his career.

Seriously, go flush your head down a toilet YDKSAB.

    • You guys can hate all you want. I may be seen as a Nelo hater sometimes but give him props. He went to 175 to fight Kovalev, who isnt the same but it's still Kovalev.

GGG won't even risk fighting guys at 168. Nelo walked down GGG and Kovalev.

        When U outta BigBoys?
You're quite clearly as dense as pig sheet.

A round is 3 minutes long. Yes Kov very nearly KO'd BHop with something like 21 unanswered punches in the second half of the round but believe it or not, with BHop knowing he was well behind on the cards he came out for the knockout and rocked Krusher with a flush left hook that had kov badly buzzed. It was apparent then his chin was cack - even journeyman Darnell Boone has floored him previously!

You got a long way to go, its very clear you're a casual fan and a Canelo nuthugger. Next time think about what you're posting before you pipe up.

Its very clear for the last several yrs you been here hating on nelos every move while excusing other fighters for boiling down with huge frames like 6'1 fighting complete no hopers at mw. You are the literal definition of a salty no life having nelo hater.

Its a new low even for imbeciles to say a 8:00 am weigh in where a guy is allowed to have gained 10 lbs has any bearing on his fight that occurred almost a full 24 hrs later. This truly is the height of salty hating asshat-ery.

And unifications used to be part of ibf rules til ggg faced jacobs, which was only changed because ggg & his nuthuggers used it as an excuse of robbing Jacobs

          • Some of these ****** comments about the fight being rigged...man. That's just ******.

Let's just face it. Kovalev isn't in his prime anymore. He's been in a lot of wars lately. Stopped by Ward, KO'd by Eleider, in big trouble against Yarde who he fought in late august.

He also had a hard time cutting weight. I think he took the fight too early. Fought smart in the first half and gassed in the 2nd.

Great win for Canelo and major props for taking a high risk fight against a natural LHW champion but I don't see him staying at light heavyweight for long. He may have a good shot against Bivol but Beterbiev is just naturally bigger, stronger and harder hitting. There's also absolutely no reason for him to take that fight.

Yep just like the Rocky Fielding Fight they've effectivly bought the belt again. They gave Fielding a career high purse of $5 million & Krusher a career high of $12 million. Also both had rehydration clauses slapped on them... its just getting ridiculous at this stage. They even put a rehydration clause on Daniel Jacobs at 160lbs ffs which shouldn't have stood because it was a unification bout.

Was on Betonline.ag First time I've seen a boxing match live on there though. It was Canelo -200 when he got the KO

He might not be the greatest at the elite level, but he has turned a good number of guys into world champions. Still, there's something with him and high profile fights that just don't agree lol
