Is he not? He has a better resume than any fighter in the game today and no losses. He beat Kessler, Abraham, Froch, Dawson, Kovalev(twice) all in their prime. And exposed them all. That’s some Star Wars sh!@ to me.

I agree with Ward coming in at 174.5 or whatever it was because he's lifting weights isn't a good idea. Kovalev is already constrained by a second day weigh in. There isn't a need for this. He's going to beat Kovalev using defense and speed. If that video of him sparring is an indication of what his speed is like with the added muscle weight he's going to get hit straight down the pipe with right hands.Comment

I agree one of you certainly is an insignificant peasant that doesn't know shit about boxing!!It was not controversial by any means. Boxing experts know that Andre Ward dominated and was in firm control over the back half of that fight. It was clear he outpointed Kovalev that night and only reaffirmed it by making the Russian quit in the rematch. The fact that this rubs you the wrong way means nothing as you are an insignificant peasant that doesn't know shit about boxing!!Comment

He wobbled him, he wasn't going down, and Kovalev chin ain't great.
Kovalev was also ahead in the fight, but he put in a high work rate and was fading fast.
Ward could have gotten an legit victory, but he also was allowed to get away with numerous lows blows included a 3 punch low blow combinations that Weeks allowed and which ended the fight.Comment
