Ottiz is not that bad or that good. He is about the 6th or 7th best heavyweight in the world, He has no big win but lots of pretty good wins and only one loss to the WBC champ Wilder. He is neither a cherry pick or a boogie man but a reasonable title defense for Wilder who he gave a good fight to last time.Comment

Why did Povetkin get two shots at the title?
Why was Parker-Ruiz for the WBO?
Why was Charles Martin IBF champion?
Why did Dominic Brezeale get two shots at the title?
Why is Pulev a mandatory?
Why is Whyte a mandatory?
Why did Andy Ruiz get two title shots?
Why did Bermane Stiverne get two shots at a title?
Why was Stiverne-Arreola a title fight?

Beating AJ is a great win any way you slice it. Even if it is a fluke. I have no idea what you're really getting at here. You make no sense whatsoever. Why always post with some fkn agenda dude? Why not a normal discussion?Comment

You know how easy this is to do? You can tear about anybody's resume. After Povetkin best Rahman, Rahman lost a decision to a boxer who’s currently 4-3.
That doesn’t count.
Chagaev lost to Lucas Browne. He’s clearly not good.
After he lost to Povetkin, Chris Byrd lost to a light heavyweight who finished his career at 18-3. That doesn’t count.Comment

That’s the point of this thread.
Ortiz has only lost one round in his entire career, the round he was knocked down in by Wilder.
That’s it.
Yet he sucks.
So I’m showing everyone how that logic works out when fighters they like are put under the microscope.
Everyone is offended, of course.
