So does Ibragimov suck like his brother or is Austin suddenly a good fighter? I missed the fight

I wasn't super impressed by him but it seems like he has more of a punch and has a quicker hands, hes also willing to stick his chin in there and take some punishment. He just had trouble with Austins reach

The fight was not as good as the announcers were trying to make it seem. Basically Austin was keeping him outside with the long jab the whole time and sultan was trying to counter off of those but wouldn't initiate his own offense. every once in a while they would engage and they each got knocked down by solid shots but even that didn't make either one of them risk anything.

I think sultan might pose a problem for W.klit because he seems to have good power to threaten klit's, with Austin i think they would both be very cautious the whole time.

I'm telling you, Sultan usually fights like someone lit a fire in his cup. I mean, tonight he was having real problems getting inside. You saw that he had a good punch, but he seemed unable to figure out a way to get within reach of the taller man and so was far less active. Hey, maybe he was just drunk on Vodka...that would make his performance quite impressive, I think. Here's hoping he drops the weight and looks better in his next outing.

i saw this as well, very exciting heavyweight fight.. i'm happy with the draw (only cause i'm greedy and will look for a rematch).. my only question is where does this leave Wlad for the near-future?

Ibragimov will be back. It's good he's had a tough fight like this early in his career, so he can learn from it and come back. He has all the talent in the world, he just needs to put it together better and polish the rough edges. I couldn't believe when I saw him crossing his feet over, an amateur mistake that I personally learned to avoid in my first few sparring sessions.

I still think Sultan is one of the most talented heavyweights around. We'll just have to wait and see what he does with that talent.

....If he had trouble reaching Austin can you imagine him trying to get past Wlads jab?

Oy vey, good thing I was drinking with some pretty girls and not watchin the fight. I think my heart would not take the bitterness of a draw.

....Perfect outcome for those two guys and Wlad. Either one would get smoked by Wlad and now he is not forced to fight his mandatory because he doesn't have one. After Briggs he should look to unify. It clears the way for Wlad/Rahman if Rahman gets past Oleg.
