Or who's rating of him are you questioning.

And **** off go look at boxrec if you want to know who he beat. It's easy to write his opponents off now. He was stepping in vs the best when he made his run.

      The best in his era:

      Lennox
      Bowe
      Holyfield
      Mercer

Which of these 4 did he beat?

Tyson in his prime would be very difficult for anyone to beat. Outside of a few fighters no one is beating a 1985-1989 prime Tyson.

Lennox, Bowe, Mercer were at their best AFTER Mike's prime. We all know what happened with the Tyson vs Evander fight.

Ring Rankings in 87 had Spinks as the Champ then Tyson as 1 contender, Evander at 2,

          Then

          Tony Tucker
          Witherspoon
          Pinklon Thomas
          Carl the Truth Williams
          Trevor Berbick
          Mike Weaver

In 89, Mike was the champ and Michael Dokes and Razor Ruddock made the top ten list on Ring's rankings.

He was fighting and beating all of them. Was he the best ever? No.... Was he the best in his time. I would say yes.

I wouldn't bet against a prime Tyson vs anyone...not saying I would favor him either in some fights, but in his prime, he was a man no one wanted to meth with (Tyson voice)

Ok Holyfield lost to Bowe twice. Still won the second fight though so that’s a great win over a prime Bowe on his resume. Lost to Lennox twice wasn’t in his prime in either fight but ok, Lennox is a great fighter. He beat Tyson- great win, beat Moorer decent win. Are you just gonna ignore his cruiserweight wins and pretend Qawi wasn’t an elite fighter? Comparing Evander to Dillian Whyte and saying his resume is mediocre ....Only undisputed cruiserweight champ to become undisputed heavyweight champ but he’s nothing special just mediocre. Lol

And those opponents Tyson KO’d would all be top heavyweights today.
