This from the PBC website:
"On December 1, 2018, WBC Heavyweight World Champion Deontay "The Bronze Bomber" Wilder will face his toughest opponent yet in Lineal World Champion Tyson Fury,"
https://www.premierboxingchampions.c...vs-fury/videos
Here's Fury being introduced as the lineal champion before the fight. They introduced him last, to honour his lineal status.

Like i say, Fury is the true WBC champion. Wilder is a fake champion who had to rely on corrupt PBC judges to keep his fake belt.Comment

You are missing the point, until Tyson mentioned it who else has. Of course when marketing a fight they will use every angle to sell the fight. My original question is which champion walked around calling themselves a lineal champion when you don't have a belt. I've never heard of any champion ssying I'm the lineal champion of the world only Fury has.Comment

So when it suits wilder Fury is and when it suits wilder fury isn't. Those goalposts need new tyres from the amount of moving they seem to do.Comment
