    116-112 GGG

The score does not reflect how close those rounds were but GGGs extra skill set and accuracy won a lot of the close rounds. I would not mind a rematch but GGG now needs to think of a retirement plan. Either he fights the rematch, tries hard for that Canelo fight or just retire because he is slowly rusting.
I can see anything from golovkin by 1-4 rnds to a draw to SD by 1-2 rnds depending on how many of the swingrounds you give him.

the robbery talk is ridiculous though, SD had 3 clear rounds, the 3rd, the 5th and the 10th. you then have to give him all the swingrounds to even make an argument he won.

You think there will be a rematch? i think Golovkin fights 1-2 more times and then retires, Canelo being one of those fights obviously.

This was far from or not even close to Ward-Gatti
And this was no fughin robbery , just a close fight
cheers, yeah agree on all points.

also ive said this for years now but Rozier is the best trainer in the sport for me, there was a stark contrast in listening to the corners, Jonothan banks just mumbles quietly where Rozier gives clear and concise instructions on what exactly needs to be done.

        Not so sure about Rozier
Thought he would have a better plan in the fight , especially with the fact that Rozier’s pupils already lost twice to GGG
Banks to me is still up there , hasn’t had enough to prove he is or not a good trainer

I think thats a bit harsh, im not sure what else SD/Rozier could of done, i think he gave his all and just didnt have enough to take the last 2 rounds and win the fight.

I have never been impressed with Banks, he might be a good trainer for all i know but hes not a good cornerman, and comes across too laid back especially when his fighters need a sense of urgency & clear instructions, which is exactly what Rozier does without overcomplicating things.

Wish I could watch the whole fight slowed down like this 15 min video. Golovkin's inside game is lacking but he actually does have a really good sneaky right uppercut. Obviously this isn't the whole fight but even as I was watching the fight in real time, a lot of Derev's flurries may have looked good but there were times where not a lot landed. It just looks good because Golovkin is doing his best to avoid them and reset to give himself space, making it appear the flurries were more effective. Of course Chenko landed and he landed a fairly good amount but I think a lot of the body shots were also blocked too, although he did land a good amount there. Once again though, Golovkin made this fight so much harder than it should have been by not going to the body enough. He threw the right to the body every so often and it would land strong but the left to the body was almost non-existent. The opportunities are there, he for whatever reason has gone back to throwing multiple lefts to the head. If I'm Banks, I'm forcing him in camp to throw combinations where has some form of body shots, with the last 1 or 2 being downstairs. I'm sick of seeing his best weapon (outside of his jab) not get used. His left to the body used to be ****ing devastating.

              Wasn’t talking about only Dereyanchenko
For me Dervyanchenko will be a gatekeeper , don’t care how good he looked vs GGG
He’s missed out on all his opportunities and personally I think we just witnessed GGG getting old overnight
Banks was tutored by Steward , not sure how much time they had together but that’s gotta be worth something
I do agree he is Fughin motionless , seems he’s got something better to do instead of the task at hand
Who else is he training ? Do you have a clue

I scored it the same way round by round (for 116-114) and like you say the rounds were close (I counted 9 close rounds).
SD fought a great fight, GGG wasn't himself but still did enough to win a close one.

... you can't get 114-113 if you scored 10-10 rounds.....
