What would you recommend I watch? I mean, I understand you reckon Muay Thai is better but where does one actually watch muay thai?

    Does Muay Thai have HWs?
Hey champ! they have heavyweights but its not their premeire division, the "champ" is the middleweight champion.

From what I am told, good sources...There has never been a licensed Thai Fighter entering the octogon. Thai fighters do not as a tendency do well as boxers. However, we can see how Manny Pacquia, blasting off the line, was influenced by that style.

there was a seminal fight between a Thai fighter and Kick boxer

        they are very different endevours.

For the street and in general the Thai roundkick and elbow strikes are excellent. i do not favor grabbing the head to deliver the elbow strike...It lets a person brace for impact, but thats just me, and regarding the kick...no caveats.

Again French Savate and the old Capoeira are great arts if one can find them. I give one advantage to these two over Thai because both of these work well with weapons.
