But I understand when you don't like someone and are always angling to cast dirt on them. It's a pitiful look, but good job.
In any case, Breazeale was out with his wife and kids when this all happened. Why would a guy in that situation make the first aggressive move against Wilder's gang of wannabe-gangsta cling-ons? Not saying Dom is a genius, but you don't have to be a rocket scientist to realize that would be a massive error.
The only people that seem to not accept the seemingly obvious turn of events are Deontay and his Wilderettes.

Also, it not a fiduciary. It's an agent. And the boss is responsible for his agents. For instance, they guy who installs your cable is an agent of the company, and if he steals your purse while installing your cable, the company would be responsible.
But he or she is not a fiduciary. A fiduciary is someone who acts on your behalf and is obligated to protect your interests. Like a lawyer, real estate agent or stock broker.
As such, all of "her people" were there with her consent because they could not have gotten security clearance if not. I couldn't just walk on stage and start talking trash. So all of her posse and entourage are agents of hers and she is responsible for their actions. Once she provided them with such clearance, they were her agents.
Yu do not know if anyone was hired by her....And the reason I used the term I used was to demonstrate that even if you did know what any member was hired as, we do not know what interests, if these interests are part of agency related to their behavior. So for example, if she hired her brother as a fashion designer, it does not create agency...If she hired him as security it might.

This is HORSESHT. I used to be a fan of Claressa, but she's a two faced thug. She doesn't associate with people like that? Except everyone knows the warrant was issued for HER BROTHER.
And now all of the sudden she "definitely understands" why Habazin withdrew? Except on Saturday she was talking sht and calling her names.
Lying, classless twat.

Even if it is her brother (though I would probably keep him away from future promotions). Trying to cast shame or blame on her is wrong and mean-spirited. She wasn't really in the cuss-fest between the trainer and her sister or whatever happened after.
I feel for the trainer, but those saying he was wrong cussing and threatening her whole team are correct. That was no way for him to be behaving at the weigh-in. If he felt threatened the promoter should have security de-escalate the situation. He WAS a bit out of control.
Unfortunately, when adults get out of control like that, bad things find a way to happen. You have to step up and defend/protect your fighter and team ... but there are bounds you shouldn't cross. They could have escorted their fighter out and demanded the riff-raff noise-makers be contained, before coming back and weighing in. The trainer helped escalate the situation.
That doesn't make what happened right at all. But it was not Claressa Shield's fault, and shouldn't tarnish her (many people have crazy relatives). The trainer could have sat down and chilled. He escalated everything.
You are the company that you keep and boxing is a business!
If James Ali Bashir, God forbids dies then this will destroy Shields since this is a relative who she invited to accompany her to a place where it’s strictly business an nothing personal!
The trainer shouldn’t have went back an forth with the female but the female also shouldn’t have went back an forth with him, both were in the wrong!
That still doesn’t excuse that Shields brother who she personally invited decided to assault and potentially kill a old man who was not a threat to anyone and was just talking!
Of course it wasn’t Shields fault but there is a such thing in law as guilty by association!

And anyone who encouraged the guy who committed the assault are criminally responsible as an aider and abettor. Like her brother (the puncher) and sister (the instigator), they will be charged, if for nothing else for being ******. They sucker punched a guy at a weigh in that they knew was being taped.
And then they doctored the tape. Someone is going to jail and the girl's career might be over. But it is certainly in jeopardy.

But, Mr. Bashir went after the sister after they were separated and moved in different directions to different areas of the room. He continued to talk violence and add poison to a bad atmosphere, that he helped create. He's not an innocent bystander.
No one deserves violence or injury for talking smack about a fight. Professionals are supposed to help diffuse those situations, rather than fuel the fire. Unfortunately he continued fueling a fire. The perp who hit him is wrong no doubt, and will probably be caught and dealt with, no matter who he is related to. That person and Mr. Bashir are responsible for the situation, and the fallout.
